Mr. Raimondi has extensive trial experience representing plaintiffs, employers, and government agencies. Mr. Raimondi has worked for local government departments, including managing a team of lawyers while defending government actors against claims of adverse employment actions. Before recently leaving government service, Mr. Raimondi worked with a joint appellate team in having an adverse employment judgment of $40 million dollars reversed to zero dollars. Mr. Raimondi also has experience defending clients on matters brought by the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division. Mr. Raimondi has also successfully argued numerous cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit.
Michael is at his best inside a courtroom, and he will not shy away from a fight on behalf of his clients. Yet Michael always provides expert advice and counsel to assist his clients in avoiding litigation if possible.
Michael has a BA in Political Science from Loyola University and a JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in the state of Maryland, the US District Court for the District of Maryland, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Michael has been married over 30 years and he and his wife have one daughter, an incredible son-in-law, and a grandson. Michael is an amateur but renowned ichthyologist and has been asked by National Geographic for his opinion on matters germane to his hobby. Michael’s favorite sports team is the Baltimore Ravens and his favorite sports hobby is golf where he prefers clubs made by Karsten Solheim under the Ping brand and Scotty Cameron putters.
