Joseph Mohler is Of Counsel with Flood Law. His practice focuses on general litigation and real estate transactions and disputes.

Experience

Before attending law school, he spent three years working in transactional real estate, giving him practical, hands-on exposure to property transactions and title-related issues. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and is also a licensed title agent in the Commonwealth.

Education and Biography

Joseph earned his Juris Doctor from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Liberty University. His practice focuses on real estate law, where he draws on his business background and pre-law experience to provide clients with pragmatic, detail-oriented representation.

Outside of his legal practice, Joseph serves on the Parish Council at Saint Mary’s Catholic Church in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He has also written opinion pieces published in the LNP (Lancaster) newspaper. In his free time, he enjoys baseball—particularly cheering on the Philadelphia Phillies—and hiking, with a special appreciation for the Swiss Alps.
