Donald Mallo is an experienced counsel with Flood Law LLC.

Experience

Don previously served as counsel for the Law Offices of Michael D. Diederich, Jr. a full-service employment and civil rights law firm in Rockland County, New York. Don previously served as the chief human resources executive and employment attorney with the Bon Secours Mercy Health System. Prior to the healthcare sector, he was general counsel and chief human resources executive for international companies in the retail, food , service, PEO, and manufacturing sectors.

Education and Biography

Don is an experienced employment law attorney, mediator, and labor negotiator, having negotiated hundreds of national and international labor agreements in the United States, Germany, France, the United Kingdom and Latin America. He earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Hofstra University school of law and a bachelor’s degree in American History and Political Science from Queens College, New York. He is a member of the New York State and Federal bar, and an active member of the New York State Bar Association and its employment law committee.

Don has made numerous presentations, and authored articles on all aspects of employment law, including wage and hour law, and we are pleased that he is of counsel with Flood Law.
